Welcome To East Maitland Scout Group.
We are situated in the Hunter Valley, and are located at the East Maitland Scout Hall, 9 Park Street East Maitland, NSW 2323.
East Maitland scout group provides fun youth development activities, building resilience and confidence in youth of all ages!
Scouts is organized into 5 separate age group sections, and all are open to all genders:
- Joey Scouts (5-8 years)
- Cub Scouts (8-11 years)
- Scouts (11-14 years)
- Venturer Scouts (14-18 years)
- Rover Scouts (18-25 years)
At our hall we currently run Joeys, Cubs, Scouts, and Venturers.
Rovers are run separately with our affiliated Hunter Valley Rover Unit, who are located in Jubilee Street, East Maitland NSW.
We also welcome adult volunteers, parent helpers and trainee leaders so if you would like to be part of your child’s scouting adventure, we would love to hear from you!
HALL HIRES - We also offer our hall for hire when not in use by our scouting sections for both long term regular hires or one off hires. If you would like to know more, please enquire on the contact us page and we can send you an information pack with details.
NOTE - Due to scouts nsw policies, we are unable to hire our hall out for events where alcohol will be consumed on premises.
